Steps of a Wanderer

Steve wasn't saying he was lost, but.... he was lost.

In his defense, Principal Fury hadn't been very clear with his instructions, telling him he had to go down the stairs and turn right to get to his dorm. He'd merely forgotten to mention one tiny detail: which one of the four rooms was his.

Confronted with a choice that could potentially humiliate him (and on his first day at the academy, too. Wasn't he the social butterfly?), he looked a the four doors lining the hallway and finally figured he may as well try his luck. Hopefully, if he got the wrong room, nobody would get too mad at him, considering it was early in the morning.

Sighing, Steve picked a door at random and figured he may as well try. Knocking a few times and then stepping back, he wrung his hands nervously and awaited an answer.

He has alreay woken up, reading some hem.. books. [Is that porn?] [That's a comicbook dumbass] Having his teddy bear in one hand when he heard the knocking at the door, lifting a eyebrow on the question [Who could that be?] He sighs and get out of his bed, mask in place and with his pyjamas of white little stars on a blue sky, what? It was the closed Captain America pyjamas he could have. He yawn and open the door and he suddenly feel awkawrd. And he want to hide the skin that was showing because of his Deadpool t-shirt. [THAT'S FREAKING CAPTAIN AMERICA] He was fangirling like a 8 years old little girl looking at a magical pony running on a double rainbow. He opens his mouth and close it, being completly frost in front of his idol. [Hey, Wade? Someone's here? What happen here, did I miss something?] [Shhhh, Captain America's here!] [OH MY GAAWD! Really?]
« Shh, guys, c'mon, be calm » he whispered so only himself and the other others could hear it.
« Mh, hi! Wade Wilson, how are you? You're Captain America right? Because I'm totally fan of you, I even have a pyjamas in your honor and some underwars too and even T-shirts and stuff and you're incredibly handsome in real, I mean, your always are but obviously looking at you for real make it more magical and eveything I'm saying must be so awkward for you so it would help me if you forget what I just said after my name. » he says with only one breath, gasping another one while trying to be calm and falling at it. « Are you.. lost or something or you knew I was there? Which will be surprising because you don't know me, but I know you so this conversation just became more awkward doesn't it? » he was dying in the inside. [Abort mission! Wade is a total idiot!]
« Do you want me to hold your books when class'll begin? » he says while showing his hands so the awesome guy in front of him could shake it before he realise that the teddy bear was still in his hand.

To say Steve was confused was an understatement. When he knocked at random at someone's door, early in the morning, he expected maybe a groggy complaint, or a door slammed right back in his face. What he did not expect, though, was the sudden onslaught of words thrown at him, and words that he was expected to catch. Confused and lost, he only managed to piece things together after the other guy -Wade?- had stopped talking, and nodded hesitantly, unsure of how to act.

"Uhh... Sorry to bother you.... Wade?" he tried the name, and figured it sounded okay, taking the hand offered to him and shaking it after a moment of thought. "I... I was actually lost, so I guess I tried my luck. I mean... I can hold my own books, but thank you for the offer, though right now I'm more concerned about my sleeping arrangements." And he fell on the hyperactive kid, of course. There always had to be one, hadn't there? Ignoring the fact that the kid (didn't look too young, though...) he was talking to was obviously trippy about him (underwear....? Seriously?), he looked around a bit, feeling awkward. "So... I was wondering if you knew how dorms worked around here? I'm supposed to find mine, but I have no idea which one it is."

He nodded, he nodded to him! Of course Wade was only here because he heard that Captain America was coming too, but he never imagine his idol would knock at his door in bonus. He was immagining himself following him and talking like I hope sempai will notice me with the flowers in the background like in the manga. But this was way better if they already met. [Ehh Ohh, he's calling us by our name!] He bites his lower lip to contain a squeal of fangirl.
« Yeah Wade exactly, that's the good name. And you're not bothering me at all, I was.. hem » he began before wondering. He couldn't say he was sleeping, that sound dumb. [Tell him you were trying a skirt then]
« I was trying a new skirt. Wait, what? No I wasn't! Sorry, it's yellow box, he likes messing around. In fact I was.. I was doing cool stuff. Yeah. Exactly, but I can't tell what. »
[Because you were just sleeping?] He looks at the hand at the other blond who was going to shake the plushie he has in his hands, but before they could shake he drops the teddy bear and shake his hand. Which was feeling awkward without his gloves but he wasn't caring about that for now. [Do never wash this hand again] [But that's the hand he used when] [Ok that's gross, never mind, keep washing it] Of course he could hold his own books, he was THE Captain America after all. He evens thanks him for the offer, now he was incontrobably happy. [I think we're scaring him]
« Oh, the dorms work like in Harry Potter, but we're not wizard I'm sorry to say that. But knowing your awesomeness I don't think you're in this room, which his totally sad. Do you have a paper to you dorm? Or if not I can always welcome you here and you can stay as long as you like. We can even share the same bed, not in a sexually way of course. [Not yet] [What?] [What? Did you look at him, his perfect jaws and his muscles! Don't tell me he gots a little dick because I'm sure his not]
« Guys, hey, guys, you're going to make me blush ».

"Harry Potter?" It rang a bell, but Steve wasn't sure. He'd spent a lot of his life floating in a haze, detached from reality. After his parents' death, he hadn't had time for fun, it was all work and no play, until he became an experiment. Harry Potter did say something to his subconscious, but he still didn't understand the reference.

"Right, well, I'm not really acquainted with this... Harry Potter system you're talking about, so... would you mind telling me more?" he fidgeted, feeling awkward with the guy, but unwilling to let him go since he was the first person he'd gotten to know. "Maybe... Maybe I could step inside for a second and we can figure it out? I mean, if it doesn't bother your roommates, or anything." he laughed nervously. "Or at least, if you didn't want to go back to trying on a skirt or whatever other cool things you said you were doing." and he was definitely not staying the night. As much as he wanted company, he was very uncomfortable with having to share a bed with anyone, platonic or otherwise.

« Oh but, I wasn't trying a skirt I swear, the boxes were just messing with me, really » he began while letting him enter by letting to way free for him.
« And don't mind my roomates, there's just a rich very good looking guy and a smurf or something with beautiful girly hair. » he saids while taking his teddy bear that he drops earlier.
« Don't mind that, his name's Bob » he said while showing the plush and trowing it on the bed. [Do you remember he said Telling me more?] So he likes when he was talking? That was a good thing! He wasn't the Merc with a mouth for nothing in all his life. [He's going to regret it]
« So, as I heard, you don't know who is Harry Potter? You know, you can totally watch the movies together! I couldn't explain more easily then the movies themselves. »
[But, there's books too]
« Reading suck, don't talk about the books right now. Can you see girls in short blue skirt like in the 4th movie in the book? No you can't, you only see stupid words. »
[Say like that he got a point] [You two are stupid, I only stay here for Captain America] [Did you notice how his nervous laugh sounds so cute?]
« Yup, it's like hearing a angel giggling. Wait a.. hey, isn't that embarassing to said it out lound? »
[Maaaaybe]

What really made Steve feel iffy was the fact that this Wade person seemed to be walking to himself, having verbal spasms here and there about unprompted information that seemed to be a part of a conversation. It was confusing, and slightly worrying, to say the least.

"Right, I'd rather watch movies." he wasn't too big on books as they weren't interactive enough for him. The only manual activity he really enjoyed was drawing. "Maybe you could show me some time." he suggested before shifting uncomfortably. "Also... are you alright? You sound like... you're talking to someone else than me... But oh, nevermind." he fidgeted, mentally bashing himself for practically asking someone if they were crazy. "What was that about an angel laughing? Or, even better, let's forget I said any of this, okay?"

The scared dude smile under his mask when he heard the other talk about the movies. He knew talking about the skirts was a good idea to convince people the watch the movies instead of the books. Even with some complaining about the accurateness of the two. Stupids, they just have to not read the books and just watch the movies, duh. Everyone's happy.
« It will be my pleasure to show you of course, I have a lot of free time. »
[That is true, but we don't have the movies with us]
« Just have to buy them »
[You know it's harder to make money when you're a mercenary in a school of superheroes, right?]
« Damn, really? I'll think about a solution »
[Hey, he thinks we're insane BTW] From when the voices were saying BTW instead of by the way? [We're just voices, we can do everything we want]
« Talking to.. oh, it's better if a explain it now » [Please don't talk like a crazy person] He stops for talking for a second, thinking about what to say without looking insade. Was that possible?
« I'm talking to yellow and white boxes, they're just hanging around like two voices. In my head I mean. But you can just ignore them, they're distracting sometimes. »
[Distracting? Why didn't you say to Captain America we're totally awesome?]
« Because you guys are not »
[But we're you] He kept silent. Okay, maybe they were awesome. [Ah, I heard that, it's going to be my new ringtone] He sigh and listen to the question of the Captain getting surprised under his mask.
« Angel laughing? Sh*t, I really said it out lound. Well that's nothing really, they said your nervous laugh sound cute and a compare it as the laugh of an angel and here I am getting myself feeling even more stupid. Yeah, forgetting is a good idea. I agree. How about... » he began while looking around. Captain America was lost, in his dormitory and the only thing he could do was looking stupid. [I wish he could punch us in the face] [I would love feeling his punch on my face]
« Yeah, me too. Hey! How about we just sit somewhere and try to help you or something? If not I can show you my pew pew guns and stuff, they're awesome. »
Yes, he was just trying to impress him but what could he do? It's was his idol in front of him, an idol with a great butt by the way, but still an idol.

"Alright, so... You have two voices in your head and you talk to them regularly while having a conversation with someone else." Steve nodded slowly, eyes narrowed, trying to grasp the normalcy in this statement before realizing it was a lost cause and just giving up. He dropped the subject, deciding that some things were better left unsaid.

"Right, well... I guess you could show me around a little. It's a bit early, so I don't want to knock on anyone else's door right now, just in case they're sleeping. I guess I'll stay a little while, until it's waking time, at least..." he decided, not knowing if he was making a good choice or not. He decided he would have to find out.

Tony was having a dream. A quite boring one, but he was having a dream. His father was in it. Alright, then it was a nightmare. So Tony was having a nightmare. His father was basically disowning him. Though, that was a feeling the billionaire was often having concerning his relationship with his father. He was disowning him for wearing a dress. Tony became confused. He looked down, apparently wearing a dress. Dreams could be damn weird. Why would he be wearing a dress?! As he tugged on the piece of clothing, deeply confused, Howard Stark started to fade away. Wade Wilson had suddenly appeared far off in the distance though, obviously talking to himself. Another voice was heard though. A voice Tony did not recognize.

Then, everything went black. Tony's eyes shot open, but a frown was printed on his face. He grumbled and rolled over, only to hit the floor. "Right. Single beds." He reminded himself annoyed. He decided to stay on the floor, still tired. He turned his head to look where the noise was coming from. So Wade wasn't talking to himself! What a shock. No, really.

The billionaire inspected the new comer toe to head. (He was on the floor so bare with him.) The new guy was quite handsome. He also seemed familiar, but that tired, Tony ignored it.

"What the fuck is your problem?! What time is it?" He groggily said annoyed.

He almost jump of joy when the handsome Captain said he was staying for a little while. Well, actually, he did jump but he didn't notice it. [Hey, you totally jump like a fangirl in front of Zac Effron for real]
« Did I looked ridiculus? »
[Yes you did, oh wait, that's your normal face]
« It that a special bitching day? » He ignored the rest of the conversation of the boxes.
« I can show you the shcool if you want? I mean, this school it's huge and not as aweomse has my house. »
[We have an appartement, which was totally gross by tacos and chinese food]
He was going to answers the voices then planning to say something else to get himself look more crazy to the handsome Captain when he heard the sound of someone falling on the floor. He turns and finally noticed the rich billionnaire guy.
« Hey buddy you're awake! Don't care about the time » he said while approaching him to lift him up by the arm whispering to him. « Captain America is here and he's lost and we've planned to watch Harry Potter while we visited the school and stuff » he then lift his head toward the other. « I think it's not waking time yet by looking at his face »
Then he just let Stark on his own by freeing his arm and maybe let him fall on the floor again if is still sleepy, he doesn't care with all his attention on his idol.
« That's Tony Stark by the way but I guess he can't really talk right now, he falls on the ground you know. »
[Two sexy guys in the same rooms, that's too much] [I think I'm dead]
« Guys, stop everything, I think one of the boxes just die. » he said with a little bit of panic in his voice.
